This tote bag features a fictional newspaper article from a series I created called, “A Series of Mundane Events”. This series was made to shine light on the hardships people have endured globally due to western colonialism and imperialization.

By creating an alternate world where only mundane things happen, we can reflect on how the west has robbed so many innocent people of a sense of normalcy that we often take for granted.
